Update eduroam Contact Information
Internet2 will soon send an agreement to all connectors, outlining the terms of service and clarifying roles and relationships. In anticipation, we want to make sure that we have valid email addresses for your technical and administrative contacts.
Please sign into your account (look for the “Admin Login” link, then “edit”). Review the names and contact information for completeness and accuracy. In the meantime please also update your campus information under miscellaneous. Please note that the old test accounts (@eduroamus.edu) were disabled and removed last year. If you used one of those accounts for your administration please create a new account and inform us about it via support [at] anyroam.net so that we can set it as an administrator for your peering.
The next notice will include information about the connector agreement and eduroam invoices and fees. It is important we have up-to-date contact information for your campus to prevent service interruptions. Please have your updates completed by March 27 2017, so we can move forward.
